Executive Chef Owner Paige Riordan now introduces a very exclusive intimate experience for her regulars and newcomers to Scarlet Kitchen offering a very different menu Scarlet has seen since opening it’s doors in 2020. Her travels, experiences and creativity has grown exponentially over the years and she is ready to share with you a different side of Scarlet.

This experience is for those who want to explore food, get to learn new implementation of modern cooking while respectfully maintaining a level of tradition. You will never see the same menu twice at each Chef’s Table and will most likely never see these menu items on the regular Scarlet menu.

Chef Paige will take you through a 7 course elevated menu over white linen, burning candles and served by the most highly trained 5 star staff. Each Chef’s Table will never be the same but the level of service always top notch. The Chef’s Table will only seat 20 guests each event. This is to ensure guests a very intimate space to relax, explore and dine at a high level of service.

Each Chef’s Table, Chef Paige will carefully curate a menu that enhances your palate and expands your mind. While she doesn’t believe in reinventing the wheel she humbly shares her background and will guide you through each course explaining the techniques she chose, or the inspiration behind the menu. Ingredients are chosen delicately and have purpose to Chef Paige. She believes in highlighting ingredients for what they are and not disrespecting them by creating too many obstacles of flavors to confuse the guest. Chef Paige believes less is more, quality vs quantity, simplicity using high quality, beautiful ingredients that you do not see on the day to day Scarlet menu.
